Terms of Sale.
The agreement.
These Terms govern every purchase made through the BIOHACKER catalogue. By placing an order you accept them in full. Read carefully; the catalogue is supplied for research and qualified professional use, not for direct human consumption.
01Parties
These Terms are entered into between BIOHACKER TEAM ("BIOHACKER", "we", "us") and the natural or legal person placing an order ("you", "Buyer").
By submitting an order you confirm you have authority to bind your organisation (where applicable) and that the information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete.
02Nature of the catalogue
BIOHACKER supplies research-grade peptide compounds and related materials. The catalogue is intended for in-vitro laboratory research, qualified professional use, and approved partner distribution. The catalogue is not a pharmaceutical product, not a dietary supplement, and is not intended for direct human or animal consumption.
03Ordering and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only when BIOHACKER issues a written confirmation by email or via your account dashboard. We reserve the right to decline any order, in whole or in part, including following compliance review, without obligation to provide reasoning.
Prices are quoted in CHF, EUR, GBP, USD, or SGD as displayed at checkout and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated.
04Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, SEPA, SWIFT, and selected stablecoin rails. Partner accounts may, by prior agreement, be invoiced on net-30 terms with a documented credit limit.
Late payment accrues interest at the higher of (a) one and a half percent (1.5%) per month or (b) the statutory rate in the Buyer's jurisdiction, plus reasonable costs of recovery.
05Delivery and risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon dispatch from our Lausanne facility (DAP Incoterms 2020 unless otherwise specified in writing). Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
See the Shipping & Cold-Chain Policy for handling, temperature commitments, and re-shipment terms.
06Restricted jurisdictions
We do not ship to, and Buyers may not export the catalogue to, jurisdictions where its possession, distribution, or stated use is unlawful. As of the date of these Terms this includes (without limitation) Australia, Brazil, China, Republic of Korea, and Malaysia. The list is updated from time to time; consult the Regulatory Disclosure for the current position.
07Warranties and limits
BIOHACKER warrants that, on dispatch, all catalogue items conform to the specification stated on the accompanying Certificate of Analysis. No other warranty, express or implied, is given. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
08Buyer responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: (a) the lawful use of the catalogue in your jurisdiction, (b) ensuring competent handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable safety standards, (c) all interactions between you and any downstream party, and (d) maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You will not resell the catalogue to consumers unless you operate under a documented partner agreement with BIOHACKER and the resale is permitted in your jurisdiction.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich.
10Changes
We may amend these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order; subsequent revisions apply to future orders. Material changes are highlighted in the version note on dispatch.
