The Regeneration Protocol extends the BPC-157 + TB-500 repair stack with GHK-Cu — a copper-binding peptide whose plasma levels decline 90% between age 20 and 60. Where the Wolverine Stack addresses the acute repair cascade, this three-compound protocol adds the collagen, elastin, and connective tissue quality layer that GHK-Cu uniquely targets.

Why these three compounds

BPC-157 activates the nitric oxide pathway, repairing endothelial cells, promoting angiogenesis at injury sites, and upregulating growth hormone receptors locally. It acts where it is administered and is the foundation of any serious repair protocol.

TB-500 regulates actin polymerization, driving cell migration to injury sites and promoting tissue remodeling through a mechanism entirely distinct from BPC-157. The two are additive, not redundant.

GHK-Cu (Glycine-Histidine-Lysine copper peptide) is a naturally occurring human plasma peptide that acts as a copper carrier and master regulator of connective tissue quality. At age 20, plasma GHK-Cu is approximately 200ng/mL; by age 60, it is under 80ng/mL. Supplementing GHK-Cu triggers increased collagen and elastin synthesis, upregulation of SOD (superoxide dismutase), promotion of blood vessel formation, and anti-inflammatory gene regulation — genuinely multi-system activity that most peptides cannot match. Subcutaneous GHK-Cu addresses systemic connective tissue; topical addresses skin and scalp.

Together, these three compounds cover the vascular repair conditions (BPC-157), cellular recruitment (TB-500), and connective tissue substrate quality (GHK-Cu) — a full-spectrum approach to tissue regeneration.

Protocol reference

Research protocol: BPC-157 250–500mcg subcutaneous daily near target site; TB-500 2mg subcutaneous 2x per week; GHK-Cu 2mg subcutaneous 3x per week. 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. AHK-Cu topical can be run concurrently for skin/hair applications without interference.
